My Lord,

With reference to Your Lordship's despatch

No.54 of the 11th February, 1920, I have the honour to

inform you that Mr. R. H. A. Craig registered himself for the

purposes of the Widows' and Orphans' Pension Fund as born on

the 8th October, 1856, and that his contributions must there-

fore continue until the 7th October, 1921.

On the death of Mr. Craig, his widow will become entitled to a pension of $281.08 which at 3/- to the dollar is equal to £42. 3s. 3d. so that Mrs. Craig will, under Your Lordship's recent ruling receive £42. 3s. 3d. plus 25% increase or 8281.08 at the rate of the day whichever sun is greater.
